Terms of Service
A short summary of the terms that govern use of Redgold, with a link to the canonical Terms of Service.
The canonical Terms of Service are published at redgold.ai/terms. They govern use of the hosted agents, models, data platform and managed applications through the web app, CLI, SDKs and API. This page summarizes them; if this summary and the terms differ, the terms apply.
Summary
- Your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
- Your content. You keep ownership of the data, code, prompts and other content you submit. Redgold receives only the rights needed to operate the service for you, including sending prompts and context to the model providers described in the Privacy Policy. Your content is not used for training, advertising or resale.
- Acceptable use. The Acceptable Use Policy lists the legal obligations that can require action on content or accounts.
- AI output. Model output can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before you rely on it; it is not professional advice.
- Fees. Paid plans and metered usage are billed through a third-party payment processor. The Refund and Cancellation Policy covers cancellations and refund requests.
- Availability. The service is provided on an "as available" basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Termination. You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. Access is suspended or terminated only when the law requires it or when an account is actively degrading the service for other tenants.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
