Privacy Policy
The canonical Privacy Policy is published at redgold.ai/privacy. It also covers product analytics, Google sign-in, the Gmail connector and Google Cloud setup. This page summarizes the parts most relevant to documentation readers and holds this site's recording choice. If this summary and the policy differ, the policy applies.
Session recordings
Self-hosted OpenReplay records mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and navigation on our servers to help us understand usability problems. Recording is off unless you allow it when asked or below. Page text and inputs are masked; private media, terminal and editor content are hidden. We do not record network payloads or console logs. Recordings are retained for up to 30 days, followed by daily deletion.
You can turn recording off or back on here. The main site and documentation site save separate choices. Analytics opt-out also stops recording, and this site honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track.
Off unless you allow it. Uncheck at any time to stop future recording. This choice is saved for this browser on this site; other sites and browsers have separate choices. Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and your analytics settings also turn recording off.
Documentation site analytics
Public documentation pages count anonymous page views and accept optional Was this page helpful? feedback. Documentation feedback lists exactly what those events contain.
Account sign-in
Email and password signup uses our hosted Authentik identity service, which stores password hashes and email verification status. Social sign-in providers handle their own passwords; we do not receive those passwords.
Hosted tasks and model providers
Hosted tasks process prompts, conversation history, and files or context you provide. Relevant content is sent to the model provider selected for the task; Anthropic processes content for hosted Claude models. Conversation and task records are stored so you can return to your work. Provider processing and retention depend on the selected provider, connection and account settings. Review those settings and the provider's terms before sharing confidential content. Disconnecting a provider stops future use of that connection; removal of saved conversation records and provider-held copies requires separate review.
Account deletion
You can record an account-deletion request in account settings or by emailing privacy@redgold.ai. Full erasure requires review, and recording a request does not confirm that any data has been removed. The Privacy Policy describes the review, what it covers and how removal is confirmed.
